Litany for the Snow Rollers That No Longer Form

The wind ledger crosses the cloth but can no longer complete its instruction. Below it, four rolled relics preserve motion as hollow structure; the fifth survives only as a circular scar. The torn vertical register interrupts both measurement and procession. Six gold stitches attend the break without closing it. This is a litany for a weather event whose necessary agreements—wind, crust, powder, cold—no longer assemble.
